Returns & Refunds policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained, as the artwork creation process begins promptly.

2. Refund Policy

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds will not be issued once the work has commenced.

• Refunds are only applicable for orders damaged during transit, provided valid proof is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only offered in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

• The customer must provide an unboxing video for verification.
